Normally when you are in love, especially in early stages, you are trying to understand if that person loves you back, or can love you.
For this experiment, you find out someone loves you. At this point, you create a completely imaginary crush, that is the features of that person who loves you. You show all the signs of loving this imaginary person (hints), which through their observation, will mislead them completely.
