A party where every comes dressed in the typical ghost costume where a sheet is draped over them.
However, they are allowed to dress up the costume in any manner they choose, but the anonymizing sheet must remain. The only stipulation would be the sheet and people could be creative within that framework.
So you may be a historical figure, but in the style of a cloth ghost in afterlife. Or if you wish to not be a typical figure, you may be a concept (such as a hippie ghost, where the entire cloth is tie-dyed etc.)
Only Ghost Foods or pale foods can be served ideally.
